WorkSafe Case Management
Acquired brain injury &
high complex needs specialist services provider
What is Case Management?
WorkSafe Case Management provides support to individuals recovering from workplace injuries. This service is designed to assist with safe recovery, helping clients access the resources they need to regain independence and return to work.
Funded by WorkSafe Victoria, the service focuses on guiding injured workers through their recovery journey, addressing their specific needs and goals to help them rebuild their lives after a workplace injury.
Case Management at arbias
At arbias, we provide personalised WorkSafe Case Management for individuals recovering from workplace injuries. While we specialise in supporting people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), we also offer high-quality care for individuals with other disabilities, ensuring everyone receives the support they need for a safe and effective recovery.
The process begins when we receive a referral from WorkSafe. Our case managers meet with clients to assess their needs, set achievable goals, and develop a plan for their recovery. WorkSafe grants 120 hours of support, which we use flexibly to address goals such as connecting with services, managing recovery, and assisting with a return to work.
At the end of the 120 hours, we provide WorkSafe with a detailed report outlining progress and next steps, ensuring every client receives the care and support they need.
