WorkSafe Outreach Services
Acquired brain injury &
high complex needs specialist services provider
What are outreach services?
WorkSafe Outreach Services provide face-to-face support to individuals recovering from workplace injuries. The service focuses on helping clients with complex needs achieve their goals, build independence, and safely reintegrate into their communities or workplaces.
These services are especially beneficial for clients who may face challenges with psychosocial barriers, daily living activities, or accessing necessary support. Outreach operates on a flexible model, allowing support to be delivered in a way that best meets each client’s recovery needs.
Outreach services at arbias
At arbias, we provide personalised WorkSafe Outreach Services for individuals recovering from workplace injuries. While we specialise in supporting people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), we also offer high-quality care for individuals with other disabilities, ensuring everyone receives the support they need for a safe and effective recovery.
The service operates on a flexible model. WorkSafe allocates a set number of hours to each client, which are used strategically to meet their goals. Once the allocated hours are used, we submit a detailed progress report to WorkSafe, outlining the client’s achievements and any recommendations for further support.
Our outreach team works face-to-face with clients, whether at home or in the community, assisting with tasks like attending appointments, accessing resources, or improving life skills. Outreach also incorporates elements of case management to ensure seamless coordination of services.
